organizations certified facilitators

The process of certifying facilitators at OneKindWord requires that your company identify individuals who will facilitate this workshop with new staff and initiate review activities and sessions with staff or other supervisors. These individuals may be those who typically provide training for your company, or individuals whose personalities or actions match up with OneKindWord principles.

We certify facilitators within companies and organizations once they have:

  • reviewed the workshop materials, including the Facilitator Guide
  • observed our staff facilitate a workshop session
  • co-facilitated a workshop with our staff
  • facilitated a workshop independently
  • been observed by our staff while facilitating a workshop
Tips

Sometimes just a kind, supportive look can be all that is needed to let that parent know that it's okay.  A wink or a smile can mean a lot to a stressed out parent.
