OneKindWord for Employees is a workshop that will:

  • increase your employees' awareness of unsafe situations
  • offer your employees steps to take to defuse a parent-child conflict or manage and unsafe child 
  • empower employees to step in helpfully by using positive words and actions
  • discourage confrontational language and behavior
  • certify facilitators of OneKindWord within your company who can sustain the program within your company 

This workshop will enhance the environment of your company, and will give your employees the tools to make it a more pleasant, less stressful place for parents and children.
